Intelligent Systems, Emerging AI, and Advanced Technologies — From AI-driven Innovation to FinTech in Emerging Economies

 

SCOPE:

The rapid convergence of artificial intelligence, data-driven engineering, and emerging digital  platforms is reshaping industries, governance, and human-computer interaction. This special  issue, associated with the EAI FPT International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Advanced Technologies 2026 (EAI FISAT 2026, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, November 25–27, 2026), invites extended versions of selected conference papers as well as original  submissions that advance the state of the art in intelligent systems and advanced  technologies. Topics of interest span the full breadth of the conference programme: AI and  machine learning, autonomous systems, IoT and cyber-physical systems, semiconductor  engineering, digital business innovation, and the legal and ethical dimensions of AI  deployment. This special issue aims to provide a high-quality international forum for  researchers and practitioners to disseminate rigorous, reproducible, and impactful work that bridges theory and practice.
