About the Journal
The rapid evolution of intelligent computing technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and cognitive computing, has dramatically transformed the landscape of modern communication systems. Innovations in cloud computing, edge computing, and data centre architectures have further accelerated this transformation by providing scalable and flexible computational resources that are seamlessly integrated with communication networks. This convergence of computation and communication is driving new paradigms in network design, resource management, and service delivery across diverse applications.
As networks become more complex with the advent of 5G/6G, the Internet of Things (IoT), and pervasive cloud services, a dedicated forum that addresses both theoretical and practical aspects of this integration is increasingly vital. In response to this need, we propose the creation of EAI Transactions on Intelligent Computing and Communication (TICC)—a peer-reviewed journal that aims to accelerate progress and foster interdisciplinary dialogue in this rapidly evolving field.
