EAI Endorsed Transactions on Distributed Ledger Science is a multidisciplinary journal bridging technology, economics, governance, and sustainability in distributed ledger ecosystems.
The journal publishes research articles, review articles, commentaries, editorials, technical articles, and short communications.
The journal aims to advance rigorous, multidisciplinary research on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies by publishing innovative work that deepens theoretical understanding, drives technological progress, and informs practical applications. Its scope includes foundational developments in consensus algorithms, interoperability frameworks, privacy‑enhancing cryptographic methods, and scalable blockchain architectures, reflecting emerging advances such as quantum‑resistant protocols and AI‑integrated systems. The journal also welcomes scholarship on decentralized finance, tokenization, and evolving digital asset ecosystems, as well as studies addressing governance models, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability challenges, areas highlighted as central to blockchain’s future trajectory.
