Intelligent Energy Monitoring System Using Internet of Things (IoT)

SPECIAL ISSUE ON: Intelligent Energy Monitoring System Using Internet of Things (IoT)

SCOPE: The emergence of IoT technology has given rise to intelligent energy monitoring systems, which can enhance energy efficiency and promote sustainability. These systems analyze real-time energy usage data and sensor information to identify inefficiencies and offer recommendations for improvement. For instance, they can suggest the replacement of energy-consuming appliances with more efficient models. Through demand response, these systems reduce peak demand times, thereby curbing energy consumption and mitigating greenhouse gas emissions. This proposal examines the current state of intelligent energy monitoring systems utilizing IoT technology, aiming for more sustainable and efficient energy usage. This special issue provides a scholarly platform for researchers to present their findings, fostering collaboration and networking among scholars, practitioners, and industry professionals.
