About the Journal

The EAI Endorsed Transactions on Transportation Systems and Ocean Engineering (TSOE) is an open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal focused on the technological, environmental, and socio-economic concerns linked to maritime infrastructure, resource exploitation, and various transportation systems, including many classic and recent industries. The journal publishes research articles, review articles, commentaries, editorials, technical articles, and short communications with a quarterly frequency (four issues per year). The University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, co-organized and managed this journal.
